Idbi Bank Executive Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection of the aspirants will be done through an online test at various exam centres followed by document verification and a pre-recruitment medical test. The selected graduates will be recruited on a contract basis for the 3-year duration at various branches and offices. On successful completion contractual period, the appointees have to go through a selection process for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank.
Idbi Bank Executive Recruitment 2024 Salary
The ESOs will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration of Rs 29,000 per month in the first year and Rs 31,000 per month in the second year. The appointment is contractual and the appointee will not be entitled to draw any allowances such as DA, HRA, any superannuation benefits, gratuity provident fund or any benefits, read the brochure.
